Sessions

Therapy Sessions are 50 minutes long, and we usually meet once per week in either Hove or South Chailey.

This might be over a short period, or on a long-term basis. You are in control and are free to stop therapy at any point. 

Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, in the daytime through to the evening.

To book a session, please drop me an email hello@skylark-therapy.com and we can arrange a time. Please specify if you prefer the Hove or Chailey clinic.

No-obligation consultation

Your first consultation of 20 mins is no-obligation, and free. This can be over the phone or face to face and allows us to see if we can work together and what would best suit your needs.  If it’s not a good fit, I am very happy to suggest other therapists or organisations that might help you.

Cost

£60  / £80   Per 50 minute therapy session 
I offer some sessions at lower concessionary rates for students or those on no or low income – please enquire. 

Payment methods

I accept cash or weekly bacs.

Cancellation policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling appointments, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
